Our facility equipped to do the tests on motors up to 20kW with a dynamometer capable of torque 0-100 (N.m), Rotation Per Minute 0-25000(rpm) and provide reliable & flawless performance results. Dynamometer testing system features include high-precision power monitoring capability, UUT control, torque and speed control, dynamometer control and integrated high-speed data acquisition. We can do numerous load tests on rotating devices such as electric motors (AC/DC motors, Three-phase cage induction motors), wind turbines, pumps, fans, self-balancing vehicle / personal transport devices (hoverboards, segway), electric bikes, power tools and household appliances.
Applicable Standards
IEC 60034-2-1 Ed. 2.0 b(2014): Rotating electrical machines – Part 2-1: Standard methods for determining losses and efficiency from tests (excluding machines for traction vehicles)
AS/NZS 1359.5:2004: Rotating electrical machines – General requirements – Part 5: Three-phase cage induction motors – High efficiency and minimum energy performance standards requirement

The motor performance tester can test the sample’s input voltage, input current (AC / DC), input electric power, power factor (AC) of the motor; output torque (rated torque, locked-rotor torque, starting torque, maximum rotation) Moment, etc.), output speed, output mechanical power; efficiency; temperature rise, vibration, noise, etc. It also provides accurate parameter basis for the research and development, production, maintenance and field application of the motor. The equipment can test all types of asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, AC motors, DC motors, new energy motors, etc
Rotating Electrical Machines Rating and Performance Testing System can be tested as below:
- Efficiency Load test
- Locked rotor test
- No-load test (calculation of three-phase current unbalance)
- Temperature rise test (vibration, noise, etc.)
- DC resistance measurement (calculation of three-phase resistance unbalance)
- Insulation resistance measurement
- Power frequency withstand voltage test
- Turn-to-turn voltage test
- Groove torque test
